The "opulent lobby", "gardens and exterior are lovely" at this suburban chain link, but don't expect the same as you venture further inside say surveyors who find an interior that "needs to be completely updated" from the "elevators that break down" to the "bathroom sinks that are stopped up" to the "poor quality of furnishings"; further swipes are leveled at the "overpriced" mediocre dining and the "staff's attitude."

Comfortable bed, good bedding, big room.
No security in parking lot. My car was broken into. Offered very little help. Staff got vacuum cleaner for me. Nothing else.
It is hard to be objective when someone breaks in to your car by blowing out drivers side window and no one seems to care much. Also, no one noticed until I found it at 8:30 am despite fact other car had been broken in to in same lot overnight. Hotel is comfortable, big rooms, nice bed and bedding. Location was very convenient & comfortable beds.
Old and in desperate need of renovation.
Old hotel. Was probably renovated 8-10 years ago and needs it again. The HVAC unit in the wall was very drafty. Could be a 4 star hotel if it were renovated as such and cleaned better.

This hotel was a great buy for the money. Extremely clean.
The beds were too soft for us.
This was a great place to stay for the price. Extremely clean, pleasant staff. I would recommend this place to stay. Great location as well.

There was a large contingent of unruled younger children for a soccer tournament, but not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean.
There were 6 wedding parties at the hotel, people were partying in the halls after midnight. Very loud.
